Nick is a prolific creator who works mainly in furniture, accessories and lighting ranging from cased goods, jewelry, textiles and holiday décor. Over the last decade he has had the opportunity to work directly with museums, luxury hotels and large corporate retailers to bring their visions to life. Special lighting projects for SOHO Grand in NY, to creating exclusive glassware for the MOMA design store and packaging for The MET. His work is being sold in over 10,000 boutiques nation wide, including exclusive products for corporate giants such as Anthropologie, Restoration Hardware and Williams Sonoma Inc.

He believes strongly in the design process and collaborating with a wide range of creative disciplines to strengthen the core value of any product. His emphasis on timeless, practical design utilizes new production methods while celebrating natural materials for what they truly are.

Nick has traveled extensively around the world working directly with factories giving him the opportunity to have a deep understanding of the product life cycle for consumer goods. Working side-by-side with factories allows him to have a practical sense for the manufacturing processes and extensive experience utilizing production methods from casting, metal work, wood construction, hand carving, weaving and textiles. He nurtures a fast-growing portfolio ranging from hospitality, retail and packaging.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial design from California College of the Arts, San Francisco, Bay Area. He spent one of his five-year degree, honing his craft at the Royal College of the Arts, London, studying Industrial design and packaging. He is formerly a Senior Designer with Roost Co., and Design Director at JLA Inc. Currently Nick is venturing into a new realm as freelance designer helping his clients achieve business growth in the consumer and home furnishings markets.
